摘要
为了提高炸药在武器系统中的安全性,对带壳钝化RDX在装药进行了冲击波加载试验.试验测定了钝化RDX装药密度分别为92%,85%,82%理论密度时对冲击波响应的剧烈程度,分析了装药密度对冲击波起爆响应特性的影响规律.结果表明:装药密度在理论密度的92%~82%范围内,随着装药密度的减小,炸药的输出能量减弱,冲击起爆响应剧烈程度减弱.降低装药密度有利于降低炸药冲击波响应剧烈程度.
The shock initiation test was made in order to improve the security of explosive in weapon and ammunition system.The degree of response was determined when the charge density of passive hexogen is 92%,85% or 82% of theoretical maximum density.The influence on response of explosives in different charging density under shock initiation was discussed.The test results show that,from 92% to 82% of theoretical maximum density,the response of explosion is weakened and the output energy is reduced.Therefore,reducing density is beneficial to reduction of the response of explosive under shock initiation.
