摘要
针对目前传统痕量气体检测技术的不足,利用痕量气体分子在远红外波段4 000~400 cm-1的吸收光谱特征,研究了一种基于红外热电效应的痕量气体检测技术.该技术采用热电堆作为探测器,不锈钢气体吸收腔兼作红外反射器,建立了探测器原型,并以甲烷气体作为样本气体进行了试验验证.结果表明:可通过选择不同中心波长的光学滤波器以探测不同的痕量气体,采用由滤波器和探测器组成的探测矩阵可以同时探测数种痕量气体.
Aiming to the disadvantages of the normalized measuring technology of trace gas,and according to the feature of absorption spectrum of the trace gas between 4 000~400 cm-1,based on the infrared pyroelectric effect a trace gas detecting technology was presented.A prototype was set up which uses thermopile as a detector.A steel gas absorption cell is also as a infrared reflector.The system was tested using the gas CH4 as a sample trace gas. It has the ability to detect various gas by changing the corresponding optic-filter,or to detect number kinds of gases at same time with detect matrix.
