摘要
[目的]探讨热休克蛋白70(HSP70)和丙二醛(MDA)在成人重度阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者血清中的表达及其意义.[方法]随机选择本院2010年1月至2010年12月在本院住院的重度OSAHS患者50例[诊断后均行正压通气治疗(CPAP)+改良悬雍垂软腭成形术(HUPPP)术治疗]为试验组,同时随机选取同期50例健康体检者(免费PSG排除OSAHS)为正常对照组.分别用ELISA、TBA测定试验组治疗干预前及干预后6个月、正常对照组血清中HSP70和MDA水平.[结果]①正常对照组血清HSP70和MDA水平均低于试验组干预前及干预后的含量,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01).②试验组干预前血清HSP70和MDA水平高于干预后,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01).③分别对试验组干预前后AHI值与LSaO2进行比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01).④各组血清HSP70和MDA水平存在直线正相关(P〈0.01),且随AHI的上升、LSaO2的下降呈递增趋势.[结论]HSP70和MDA呈直线正相关,两者结合起来可作为评价重度OSAHS患者病情和预后的指标。
[Objective] To explore the expression of serum heat shock protein 70(HSP70) and malondiMdehyde(MDA) in patients with adult severe obstructive sleep apnea and hypoventilation syndrome(OSAHS) and its significance. [Methods]Fifty patients with severe OS AHS(treated with CPAP and HUPPP after diagnosis) in our hospital from Jan. 2010 to Dec. 2010 were randomly chosen as the experiment group. Meanwhile, 50 healthy controls (non-OSAHS confirmed hy free PSG) were randomly chosen as normal, control group. ELISA and TBA were used to detect serum HSP70 and MDA in the experiment group before and 6 month after treatment and in normal control group. [Results]Serum levels of HSP70 and MDA in normal con trol group were lower than those in experiment group before and after treatment, and the difference had statis tical significance( P 〈0.01). Serum levels of HSP70 and MDA in experiment group before treatment were higher than those after treatment, and the difference had statistical difference( P〈0.01). There was signifi cant difference in AHI and I.SaO2 in experiment group between before and after treatment( P 〈0.01). There was positive linear correlation between serum HSP70 and MDA( P〈0.01). LSaO2 declined with the increasing of AHI. [Conclusion]There is positive linear correlation between HSP70 and MDA. The combination of HSP70 and MDA can be as the marker of pathogenetic condition and prognosis of patients with severe OSAHS and an effective supplement of AHI and I.SaO2.
