摘要 [目的]探讨多发性进展期癌突变基因(PTEN)表达与子宫内膜癌(EC)微血管密度和临床病理特征的关系.[方法]免疫组化SP法检测PTEN表达,计算微血管密度,分析PTEN表达与EC微血管密度和临床病理特征的关系.[结果]子宫内膜癌PTEN表达阳性率低于正常子宫内膜,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01);PTEN表达阴性的EC微血管密度大于PTEN表达阳性的EC微血管密度,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);EC FIGO分期及组织分级中,PTEN表达无差异(P〉0.05).[结论]PTEN表达与EC的发生发展密切相关,可作为早期诊断EC的参考指标. [Objective]To explore the expression of PTEN and its correlation with microvessel density andpathological parameters in endometrial careinoma(EC). [Methods] Immunohistochemistry method was applied to detect the expression of PTEN. Mierovessel density was calculated. The correlation of the expression of PTEN with microvessel density and pathological parameters in EC was analyzed. [Results] The positive expression of PTEN in EC was lower than that in normal endometrium, and there was significant difference( P 〈0.01). The mierovessel density in EC with the negative expression of PTEN was higher than that in EC with the positive expression of PTEN, and there was significant difference( P 〈0.05). There was no significant difference in PTEN expression among different FIGO stages and histological grades (P 〈 0. 05). [Conclusion]The expression of PTEN is closely related to the carcinogenesis and development of EC, and can be used as the reference for early diagnosis in EC.
