摘要 采用自制隔膜电解槽对天津渤海海水进行连续的深度处理研究,研究在连续进出水的条件下电流密度、进水流速、搅拌速度、极板倒转时间等因素对出水水质的影响,并利用电化学的方法初步探讨了电极反应原理。结果表明:此方法处理效果显著,确定的最佳工艺条件运行下的出水符合反渗透的进水要求,并且稳定运行。确定最佳工艺条件为:电流密度25.22 mA/cm2,进水流速8.4 L/min,搅拌速度180 r/min,极板倒转时间间隔25 min。 Fed with Bohai seawater, the continuous pretreatment was studied using a self- made diaphragm electrolyzer. The influences of parameters to effluent quality, such as conditions current density, water velocity, stirring speed, time of plate reversal under the condition of continuous inlet and outlet water were researched. In addition, the mechanism of electrode reaction was discussed preliminarily on the basis of electrochemistry. The result showed that the effect was remarkable using this method, which the effluent meet the requirements of reverse osmosis influent water quality under the optimum technological conditions that current density 25.22 mA/cm^2 , water velocity 8.4 L/min, stirring speed 180 r/min, time of plate reversal 25 min.
