摘要
工业盐是芒硝法生产硫酸钾工艺中的副产品,其质量的好坏不仅影响着盐本身的销售范围、销售价格,也影响着原料消耗和生产成本。文章从选取工艺控制点、有效澄清、增加淘洗等几个方面分析、探讨了盐质的提高。
Industrial salt is the by - product of the potassium sulfate process by mirabilite method. Its good and bad quality will affect the sale range and price as well as the raw material consumption and production cost. In this paper, the improvement of salt quality is investigated through the following aspects such as the selection of process control point, effective clarification and the increase of washing et al.
