摘要 "以人为本"的教学思想是罗杰斯教学理论的重要组成部分。罗杰斯认为,教育的目的在于培养知情合一的"完整的人";教育过程中和谐的师生关系是促进学习的关键,要求教师信任和尊重学生,具有移情理解能力;教学强调学生内在的学习动机,促进学生自由学习,有意义的学习。 Rogers'"student-centered" humanistic educational thought is a direct application of his "person-centered" non-direction psychotherapy theory.He considers that the purpose of education is to cultivate the "whole person" with knowledge integrated with emotion,a harmonious teacher-student relationship,teacher's trust and respect for the student,and "empathic understanding" are the key to promoting learning.In teaching are emphasized to stimulate learners' intrinsic motivation,to promote them to study freely and meaningfully.
