摘要
教师入职教育的勃兴是教师教育一体化发展的必然结果,而教师入职教育本身已成为整个国际教育关注的一个重要领域。在近40年的发展历程中,由于整个世界教育发展的不平衡性和自身发展的特殊性,教师入职教育在彰显各国教育特色的同时,也面临着共同的问题和挑战,这从另一侧面反映了其未来发展的基本趋势和走向,即强化发展性的教育目标、彰显个性化的培训内容、注重缄默性的知识构成、追求平衡性的角色关系和强调实效性的培训结果。
The emergence and booming of teacher inductive education(TIE) is an inevitable result of the development of teacher education.TIS has been a common field of interest in international education.In almost 40 years,TIE was characterized differently in different countries because of their differences in education development and is facing certain common problems and challenges.This reflects from another point of view the way of future development-strengthening the expansibility of its goal,the individuality of its contents,the taciturnity of its knowledge system,balance of the role as instructor and valuator,and the effect of its result as well.
