摘要
文章从电源中性点接地和不接地的单线触电情况以及测电笔的使用等三个方面分析了接触电阻的计算及其数据,阐明了安全用电中起绝缘作用的接触电阻的界限值。
The article recommend contact resistance＇ s count neutral point earthing and no--earthing＇s single line-getting an , expound to contact resistance＇s dividing line value taken effect and data from three electric shock as well insulation in safe use sides of the source as test pencil＇s use of electricity .
