摘要
资源教师职责可归纳为鉴定与评估、教学、咨询与指导、行政公关等四方面,素质能力结构分为正确的教育观念、知识素养、教育教学能力、科研能力和公关协调能力。文章从资源教师的职前培训和在职培训两个层面入手进行分析,不断提升资源教师职责能力。
