Foundation of the power operation of a residential committee director:a case study of Hehuachi Community of Yangzhou City

在目前社区居委会行政化、资源弱化的大背景下,社区工作者的权力运作需要适宜的组织基础、经济基础和群众基础,同时也需要借助和地方文化相契合的权力运作策略来巩固这些基础。通过对相关经验资料的分析,论述了一个居委会主任权力运作的基础和策略。

At present, residential committee is more administrative, and community resources are increasingly weaker. So the community worker＇ s power operation needs suitable organization foundation, economical basis and mass basis, simultaneously also need to draw support from the power operation strategy which agrees with local culture to consolidate these foundations. Through analyzing the related experience material, this article discusses the basis and the strategy of a residential committee director＇s power operation.
