On the Innovation of Research Inspection of National Policies in China in Recent Years ——A case study of law and policy

本文基于法律政策学视角,对近年来中国民族政策(法制)研究进行了反思,并认为应将中国民族政策(法制)作为一个相互区别、相互补充同时又相互联系、有机统一的整体进行综合研究,通过创新研究促进中国民族政策(法制)的完善。

this paper reflects on study of national policies in China in recent years based on the perspective of studies of law and policy and holds that the national policy of China （ legal system） should be taken as an entirety that is different and mutually supplemented from each part while being connected and organically consolidated for study. Improvement of the national policy （legal system） of China should be promoted through innovation study.
