仪式类非物质文化遗产保护模式研究——基于长阳“撒叶儿嗬”保护的分析

On Protective Mode of Ceremonial Intangible Cultural Heritage ——Based on analysis of protecting "Sayerhe Dance" in Changyang

湖北省长阳土家族自治县"撒叶儿嗬"的抢救与保护取得了重要成果。一向重视民族民间传统文化保护与开发的长阳县在政府支持、法律保障、群众基础以及各种切实有效的措施和方略等方面均给予"撒叶儿嗬"保护以高度的重视和深切的关怀,成功申报了中国首批非物质文化遗产保护项目,并且充分利用自身文化资源服务于民族社会的发展。长阳以"撒叶儿嗬"为代表的仪式类非物质文化遗产的保护模式为中国少数民族非物质文化遗产的保护提供了一种经验和借鉴。

Great achievements have been made in salvaging and protecting ＂Sayerhe Dance＂ in ChangyangTujia Autonomous County of Hubei Province. Changyang County has always paid attention to protectmg anti developing national folk traditional culture and attached great importance and deep concern to protecting ＂Sayerhe Dance＂ by giving governmental support, legal, safeguarding, mass foundation and various feasible measures and guidelines. It has successfully applied for the first batch of intangible cultural heritage protection items of China and fully utilized its own cultural resources to serve for the development of national society. The protective mode of ceremonial intangible cultural heritage represented by ＂Sayerhe Dance＂ by Changyang has provided an experience and model for protecting intangible cultural heritage of the national minorities of China.
