摘要
在所有行业中,IT行业的人才流动率高居榜首,尤其是中小IT企业。员工的高流动率严重影响了中小IT企业的发展。文章对此现象进行了分析,并提出了完善企业人力资源管理以降低员工流动率的诸多对策。
The talents turnover rate in IT industry ranks first in all industries, especially in the small and medium IT enterprises. The high turnover rate greatly influences the development of those enterprises. The article analyzes the phenomenon, and puts forward some countermeasures to improve the management of the human resources in those enterprises so as to reduce the turnover rate in employees.
