大型饼类锻件滚圆修复过程有限元分析

摘要 滚圆工序能够减少饼类锻件直径,增加锻件高度,是对于高度尺寸不够的大型饼类锻件的主要修复方法。适当的滚圆工艺参数是饼类锻件能否修复的关键。应用有限元软件Deform-3D建立分析模型,对不同下压量、温度、直径、高度及冷却时间等参数对滚圆过程心部走料的影响进行了模拟分析。 Abstract:For the heavy disc forgings, the rounding process was useful to increase the billet's height by decreasing the billet's diameter, when the height of the heavy disc forging was under the request. In order to establish the rounding parameter exactly, to improve the forging quality and guide the actual production, the corresponding finite element model by means of DEFORM-3 D software was set up, and the rounding process under different percent reduction, temperature, diameter, height and cooling time has been simulated.
