摘要
针对316L不锈钢锻件在自由锻镦拔过程中端面开裂及内凹问题进行分析,表明不锈钢材料高温塑性较差、成形条件不佳是造成端面开裂的主要原因。采用有限元数值模拟方法,从优化端面结构的角度进行了研究。结果表明,采用增大端面斜度及钳把与锻件过渡圆角的方法能有效降低端面开裂及内凹的倾向。
Crack and inner concave on the ending face has been analyzed during free forging, and the main reason was that the poor high-temperature plasticity and inadequacy forming condition. The structure of ending face was analyzed by Finite Element Method. The result shows that increase of the slope of ending face and transition fillet can decrease the defects.
