摘要
分析和研究了氯离子对308L不锈钢表层钝化膜的破坏机理。对于最大直径为(8~10)μm,深度为(10~12)μm的腐蚀坑,厚度方向上打磨掉0.2 mm后再重新补焊,可彻底杜绝二次点腐蚀的再次发生。
Analysis and research the failure mechanism of the chlorine ion to the 308L stainless steel surface passivation membrane. After for maximum diameter (8 - 10) μm, depth for ( 10 to 12) μm the corrosion of the pit, thick- ness direction burnish drops 0.2 mm to repair again can completely eliminate second point corrosion happening again.
