摘要 低氧是一种重要的生理和病理现象,有研究表明低氧可影响成体干细胞的增殖和分化。牙髓组织在受到外伤或刺激时易处于缺血、低氧状态,低氧对成体干细胞影响的研究进展可以为牙髓干细胞的生物学研究提供思路,本文将从低氧对成体干细胞增殖和分化的影响及其相关调控机制、低氧对牙髓细胞增殖和分化的影响等方面作一综述。 Hypoxia is one kind of important physiological and pathological phenomenon.Recent studies have shown that hypoxia has effects on the proliferation and differentiation of adult stem cells.Dental pulp is often exposed to ischemia and hypoxia,for the reason that its anatomical location is susceptible to stimuli or injury.Researches on the effects of hypoxia in adult stem cells may provide new methods to study the biological functions of dental pulp stem cells,especially when these cells following exposure to hypoxia.This review emphasized the effects of hypoxia on the proliferation and differentiation of adult stem cells,the mechanism that involved in these processes,the role of hypoxia in the regulation of dental pulp cells proliferation and differentiation.
