糖尿病患者口腔颌面外科围手术期的风险和预防

Risk and prevention in surgical perioperative period for the oral and maxillofacial region of the diabetic

口腔颌面外科手术治疗过程中,合并糖尿病的患者对麻醉不良反应和手术创伤的耐受能力差,而且术后患者的创口往往愈合时间延长,容易感染。如果手术处理不当或护理出现疏漏,患者将产生一系列不良反应和并发症,从而降低手术的成功率甚至导致患者伤残或死亡。为此,本文在剖析糖尿病患者病理的基础上,对其口腔颌面外科手术的风险作了综述和评估,并对其围手术期的预防措施进行了探讨。

In the therapeutic process of combined diabetic oral and maxillofacial surgery,tolerance ability of patients for narcotic side effects and surgical injury become weak.Postoperative wound is also hard to healing.If there is improper surgery or omissions in nursing,patients will have a series of complication and sequelae,leading to low success rate of surgery and even disability or death.Due to these reasons,based on analyzing pathology of the diabetic,this paper summarizes and assesses the risk of surgery in oral and maxillofacial,and discusses measures for prevention in the perioperative period.
