红外图像与热分析法联合分析药品包装材料成分 被引量:3

Analysis the Component of Drug Packaging Combining with Infrared Image System and Thermal Analysis

摘要 利用傅里叶变换衰减全反射红外光谱结合热分析对4种不同型号的塑料药瓶进行成分分析,并运用红外图像系统研究了塑料药瓶组成成分的分布情况.结果表明:4种药瓶主要成分为高密度聚乙烯(HDPE),此外里面含有一定量的聚丙烯(PP),红外图像系统分析结果与热分析及傅里叶变换衰减全反射红外光谱的实验数据相吻合.红外图像系统能够将混在复杂混合体系中的痕量杂质检出,为药品包装材料检验提供一种与国外同行同步的技术手段. Fourier transform attenuated total reflection infrared spectroscopy(FTIR-ATR) combined with thermal analysis were applied to the component analysis of four different types of plastic bottles,and the distribution of the component was studied by the infrared image system.The results showed that the main components of the bottles are polyethylene(HDPE)and a certain amount of polypropylene(PP).The results of the infrared image system are consistent with the experiment data of FTIR-ATR and thermal analysis.Infrared image system can detect trace impurities in a complex mixture,and provides a new powerful technique for the inspection of drug packaging.
