摘要
外径的精度和均匀性是紧套光纤的一个重要参数指标。影响紧套光纤外径的因素是牵引速度和挤塑机的挤出量,保持挤出量与牵引速度严格的比例关系,就可以稳定控制紧套光纤外径的大小。通过对紧套光纤挤塑生产线工艺的分析,得到紧套光纤外径的控制模型。在以PLC为基础的主控系统中,采用带修正的比值控制的方法,将牵引速度作为基准值,乘上比例系数后再加上修正值作为控制量对挤塑机螺杆转速进行控制。实际应用表明,该控制方法实现方便,效果较好。
The precision and uniformity of outer diameter is one of the most important performance parameter for tight buffer fiber.Affecting factors on outer diameter of tight buffer fiber are haulage speed and the extrusion amount of plastic extruder.Keeping the proportion relation between haulage speed and the extrusion amount of plastic extruder rigorously,the outer diameter of tight buffer fiber will be controlled well.By analyzing the plastic extrusion process of tight buffer fiber,the control model of tight buffer fiber outer diameter is obtained.Based on the main control system which is composed by PLC,the method of ratio control with modified value is adopted to control the plastic machine.The manipulate value of rotating speed is computed by multiplying haulage speed with proportional coefficient reference value and adding modified value.The practical application shows that this method is easy to realize and has good effect.
