基于NX Nastran的有限元分析在专用螺纹加工机床设计中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 探讨了在桥梁斜拉索锚具大螺距螺纹加工专用机床的设计研发中,针对于工件和支撑杆构成两个连接悬臂梁的特殊结构在加工时所产生的变形对工件的影响,为了判断机床设计中的两根悬臂梁组成的混合梁结构能否满足实际加工需要,对其进行有限元分析通过NX Nastran有限元分析对悬臂梁结构进行了静力分析,通过在最大载荷作用下变形情况进行分析,对悬臂梁结构的强度和刚度进行检验,最终验证了大螺距螺纹专用机床设计的合理性。 The discusses the influence of the deformation occurred during the machining of two linking cantilevers for its special structure upon the workpiece in designing and developing special tools for machining anchorage device of stay cables of bridge with coarse pitch thread.The cantilever is composed of support rod and workpiece.In order to determine whether the hybrid beam composed of two cantilevers satisfies the practical machining requirement in the design,finite element analysis is executed,i.e.static force analysis for the structure of cantilevers is done through NX Nastran FEM.The strength and stiffness of the cantilever structure is tested through analyzing the deformation under max.load.Thus the rationality of the design for the special tool with coarse pitch thread is verified.
