摘要
双摆角数控万能铣头的研发测试需要占用一台五轴机床来配套进行性能和精度测试,这种做法往往造成资金、时间和空间的浪费。所研制出的双摆角数控万能铣头多功能展示台能够代替五轴数控机床对双摆头进行研发阶段的试验测试任务,也能够作为一个功能展示平台进行双摆头的摆动展示。通过对展示平台的有限元结构优化,所设计的展示台具有结构紧凑,占地空间小;费用低,避免资金浪费;安装简单,运输方面等优点,很大程度上节省了时间和资金。
A 5-axis milling machine is necessary for researching and testing NC universal milling head of double angular,which costs a lot in fund,time and space to test the performance and accuracy.And now a multifunctional platform,which equipped with hydraulic and electric system,is designed instead of 5-axis milling machine for milling head to finish the test during trial test period and exhibit the pendulum function of the double angular.The platform is optimized in structure by finite element method which is characterized with its compact structure,less space,low cost and easy installation and transportation,which save time and money to a great degree.
