涡轮的结构特性是壳体壁厚与叶片壁厚相差悬殊,叶片不仅数量多壁厚薄,而且与半圆形的圆环连接成一体,因此涡轮的铸造难度大。在涡轮试生产的过程中,通过强化工艺细节的控制,在非真空熔炼、非真空浇注的条件下,生产的铸件品质满足了客户的要求。
The characteristic of the turbine structure is the great difference of thickness between the shell and blade, in which a large number of thin-wall blades connect with a semicircle ring, so it is difficult to cast. By strengthening the detailed process control, the castings finally meet the customer's requirement in the trial production with non-vacuum smelting and non-vacuum pouring.
