环模线速度与饲料加工产量关系试验探究

Experiment reserch on relation between the ring die's linear velocity and feed processing yield

阐述了制粒产量与环模线速度之间的关系。针对环模开孔率和线速度与饲料加工效率关系进行了试验研究,得出颗粒饲料的加工产量不与线速度呈线性关系,且存在拐点。该结论对制粒机的设计和颗粒生产有一定的参考价值。

Relation between the pellet production yield and the linear velocity of ring die is discussed.The relation between the ring die＇s linear velocity and the processing efficiency is studied with experimental method,and the result showed that the relation between ring die＇s linear velocity and production was non-linened,and had the deflection point.The conclusion has some reference value for the design of pellet machine and pellet production.
