日粮内添加盐穗木对卡拉库尔羊瘤胃内环境的影响

Effects of adding Halostachys caspica(Bieb)C.A.Mey in forage for the parameters of rumen internal environment in Karakul rams

采用自身对照法试验设计,将9只健康的卡拉库尔公羊分为3组,即对照组、试验组Ⅰ和试验组Ⅱ,研究在日粮中添加盐穗木对卡拉库尔羊瘤胃内环境的影响,结果显示:日粮中添加100 g盐穗木有降低卡拉库尔羊瘤胃液pH值和氨氮(NH3-N)含量的趋势,但盐穗木添加量为200 g时会提高瘤胃液pH值;添加100 g盐穗木可提高瘤胃中菌体蛋白含量,添加量为200 g时会降低菌体蛋白含量;日粮中添加盐穗木对卡拉库尔羊瘤胃液总挥发性脂肪酸(TVFA)含量无影响,有增大乙酸/丙酸比的趋势。

In this experiment,nine healthy male Karakul rams were divided into three series,including the control group、experimental groupⅠ and experimental groupⅡ,to determine effects of Halostachys caspica（Bieb）C.A.Mey on the parameters of rumen internal environment.The results showed that： the rumen pH value and concentration of NH3-N were reduced in rumen liquid by supplements of 100 g Halostachys caspica（Bieb）C.A.Mey,but the rumen pH value would increase when the amount of Halostachys caspica（Bieb）C.A.Mey was 200 g.The concentration of tropina in rumen liquid was increased by supplements of 100 g Halostachys caspica（Bieb）C.A.Mey,but the concentration of tropina was reduced by supplements of 200 g Halostachys caspica（Bieb）C.A.Mey.Impacts of Halostachys caspica（Bieb）C.A.Mey on the concentration of TVFA in rumen liquid was not significantly different.At the same time the ratio of acetic acid/propionic acid increased with addition proportion of Halostachys caspica（Bieb）C.A.Mey.
