摘要 介绍了高锑粗锡的形成过程、锡锑分离的工艺流程、生产条件及生产效益.通过连续真空蒸馏法处理高锑粗锡,大大提高了锡火法冶炼过程中杂质锑开路的效率,减少了锡精炼过程的铝渣产出量.同时提高了锡精炼直收率,降低了生产成本.连续真空蒸馏法既有效地保护了环境,又取得了可观的经济效益. This paper introduces the formation of crude tin with high antimony,tin-antimony separation process and production conditions.The recovery rate of antimony as impurities is greatly improved in tin smelting process via continuous vacuum distillation.As a result,the production amount of aluminum residues in the tin refining process was reduced.With the method mentioned above,the yield of tin refining was increased and production cost was reduced.
