摘要
2-氯-6-氟氯苄和2-氯-6-氟苯甲醛等为关键医药中间体,在其生产过程中产生了大量高浓度含氟芳香烃废水,造成环境污染。本研究采用大孔吸附树脂对该废水进行了治理。结果表明,在温度为303K、pH为3-6、流速为5BV/h的条件下,LS600和LS106树脂对COD的去除率达73.4%,对3-氯-2-甲基苯酚、2-氯-6-氟苯甲醛和2-氯-6-氟苯甲酸的去除率达98.1%以上,可去除氟离子100~120mg/L,同时废水中有用资源可得到有效再生利用。
2-chloro-6-fluorobenzyl and 2-chloro-6-fluorobenzaldehyde ,etc. are important intermediates in phar- maceutical industry. A great deal of highly concentrated fluorine-containing aromatic hydrocarbon wastewater, which causes environmental pollution, is produced in the course of production. Macro-porous adsorptive resins have been used for treating those kinds of wastewater. The results show that the COD removing rate reaches 73.4% ,when macro-porous resins LS600 and LS106 are 303 K, pH 3-6 and flow rate 5 BV/h, and the removing rates of 3-chloro- 2-methyl-phenol, 2-chloro-6-fluorobenzaldehyde and 2-chloro-6-fluoro-benzoic acid are higher than 98.1%. The fluorine removing capacity is 100-120 mg/L. Furthermore, the useful resources in the wastewater can be recycled ef- fectively.
