Pilot test for the pretreatment of wastewater recycle

北京京润新技术发展有限责任公司利用"三法净水"设备对沧州大化集团TDI公司9#线排水进行了处理,试验结果显示,"三法净水"设备对TDI公司9#线污水的浊度、硬度、SS具有非常高的去除率,对COD、油具有一定的去除率,同时该设备具有非常低的运行成本,能够作为TDI公司9#线污水回用深度处理的前处理。

Aiming at the problems at Drainage Line 9 in Cangzhou Dahua Group TDI Co. ,a pilot test on its wastewater treatment has been carried out with the ＂three-process water purification＂ device by Beijing Kivin New Technology Development Co., Ltd. The result shows that the ＂three-process water purification ＂device has very high removing rates of turbidity, hardness and SS of the wastewater from Drainage Line 9, and has removing rates of COD and oil to a certain degree. Meanwhile,the running cost of this device is very low. Therefore ,it can be used for the pretreatment of Line 9 wastewater recycling advanced treatment in TDI company.
