无锡惠山污水厂的优化运行与节能降耗 被引量:8

Optimization Operation,Energy Saving and Consumption Reduction in Wuxi Huishan WWTP

摘要 为满足《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)一级A标准的要求,无锡惠山污水处理厂三期工程采用AAO/深床反硝化滤池处理工艺,通过单级鼓风机智能曝气、水泵变频调节、智能加药等措施,既适应了水质变化又降低了处理能耗。详述了该厂工艺的能耗分析及节能降耗措施的应用情况。 To meet the first level A criteria specified in Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant (GB 18918 -2002), the anaerobic-anoxic-oxic (AAO) process and deep bed Denite filter are adopted in the third-phase project of Wuxi Huishan WWTP. Some measures such as automatic aeration by blower, variable frequency speed regulation of pumps, automatic dosing of chemicals and so on were taken to adapt the water quality change and reduce the energy consumption. The analysis of energy consumption of the combined process and the application of energy saving and consumption reduction measures are described.
