摘要
浙江华海药业股份有限公司针对其含磷生产废水的特点,采用了结晶/MAP处理工艺,实际应用结果表明,结晶使大部分磷酸盐等晶体析出,总磷去除率>80%,MAP法使总磷去除率达90%以上。最终出水总磷<200 mg/L,总磷去除率高达99.6%,为高浓度含磷废水的处理开辟了一条新途径。
According to the characteristics of phosphorus-containing wastewater, crystallization/ MAP process is adopted in Zhejiang Huahai Pharmaceuticals Co. Ltd. The results of practical application show that most of phosphate crystals can be separated out by crystallization, the removal rate of TP is more than 80%, and after MAP, it is more than 90%. The final phosphorus content in the effluent is less than 200 mg/L, the removal rate of TP is up to 99.6%, creating a new way for treatment of highconcentration phosphorus-containing wastewater.
