基于网络化的医院药品采购订单分发服务系统的介绍

Introduction of Distribution Service System of Hospital Drug Purchase Orders Based on Network

目的:为提高医院药品采购管理效率提供参考。方法:与软件公司合作,采用Microsoft SQL Server2008数据库软件设计我院药品采购订单分发服务系统,与医院信息系统实现数据对接,并应用于发票信息的传送。结果与结论:相比传统的手工发票录入方式,我院药品采购订单分发服务系统的应用提高了工作效率,保证了数据的准确性,降低了差错率,加强了药品批号管理。该系统在确保数据的保密性和安全性的同时还具有拓展空间。

OBJECTIVE： To provide reference for the improvement of management efficiency of drug procurement. METHODS： Hospital drug purchase order distribution service system was designed and applied using Microsoft SQL Server 2008 database, docking with HIS. It was used for the transportation of invoice information. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS： Compared with traditional input pattern of invoice, the efficiency and accuracy of drug purchases have been greatly improved, error from manual entry has been avoided, and the management of drug batch number has been strengthened. Controllability and reliability of the data have been further improved by the system.
