高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测法测定牛磺酸滴眼液中主药含量 被引量:4

摘要 目的:建立牛磺酸滴眼液中主药含量的测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测法。色谱柱为Kromasil C18,流动相为水(用冰乙酸调pH=4.8)-乙腈=90∶10,流速:0.8 mL·min-1;蒸发光散射检测器条件:漂移管温度:105℃,气体流速:3.0L·min-1;进样量:25μL。结果:牛磺酸检测浓度线性范围为14.85~104.14μg·mL-1(r=0.999 8);日内、日间RSD均小于2%,样品平均回收率均为98.46%。结论:该方法简便、灵敏度高、专属性强,能准确测定牛磺酸滴眼液中主药的含量。 OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the content determination of main component in Taurine eye drops. METHODS: HPLC-ELSD was adopted and performed on Kromasil C18 column with water (pH adjusted to 4.8 with aqueous acetic ac-id)-acetonitrile (90:10) as mobile phase at the flow rate of 0.8 mL.min-1. The temperature of detector drift tube was set at 105 ℃ and the flow rate of the carrier gas was 3.0 L-min-1. The injection volume was 25 μL. RESULTS: The linear range of taurine was 14.85--104.14 μg.mL-1 (r=0.999 8). The RSD of intra-day and inter-day were less than 2% respectively, and the average recoveries were 98.46%. CONCLUSION: The method is simple, sensitive and specific, and it is suitable for content determination of Taurine eye drops.
