摘要
采用Pro/E软件的MECHANICA模块,对QM50QT-2摩托车车架进行了强度分析,找出影响强度及刚度的因素及改进车架强度和刚度的方法,通过对车架施加不同的工况载荷,找出不同工况载荷下车架的危险截面,作为设计开发过程中的参考。
The strength of the motorcycle frame was analyzed using the MECHANICA modular of the Pro/E software, finding out the factor influencing the stiffness and the way of improving the frame strength and the stiffness. Through the application of different warring loads to the frame, it is found that the danger sections under different working loads, which can be used as the reference for the R & D.
