活化条件对褐煤中水溶性腐植酸含量的影响 被引量:8

摘要 为提高褐煤中水溶性腐植酸含量,提高褐煤在农业中的应用效果,研究了温度、活化剂浓度、时间对褐煤中水溶性腐植酸含量的影响。结果表明,随着温度的提高、活化剂浓度的增加、活化时间的延长,褐煤中水溶性腐植酸含量均有提高的趋势;对褐煤中水溶性腐植酸含量影响的重要程度为活化剂浓度>活化剂温度>时间;活化褐煤的优化条件为温度60℃,时间8d,活化剂浓度12%,可使褐煤中水溶性腐植酸含量由7g/kg提高到250g/kg左右。但考虑工业化生产的成本,在活化剂浓度为12%时,活化温度达到50℃,1~2d后就有较好的活化效果。 In order to increase the content of water soluble humic acid in lignite and improve its application in the field of agriculture,the effects of temperture,activator concentration and time on the content of water soluble humic acid in lignite were studied.The results showed that the content of water soluble humic acid was increased with increasing temperture,activator concentration and prolonging time.And the effect of activator concentration on water soluble humic acid was the maximum while that of time was the minimum.The optimum condition were 60℃,12% of activator concentration,and 8 days,which could effectively increase water soluble humic acid concentration.Considering the cost of industrial producing,when the activator concentration reaches 12%,and the temperature reaches 50 ℃,it will attain a better effect after 1~2 days.
