杏仁的功能性及其药理研究进展 被引量:50

摘要 杏仁营养丰富,含有蛋白质、维生素、碳水化合物及微量元素,目前对杏仁健脑益智、美容、抗衰老的有效成分、药理作用以及保健食品和药品的开发报道不多,这对杏仁的经济价值的开发利用不利,应当进一步研究和分析杏仁的营养和药用成分,加快杏仁资源综合开发利用,以提高杏仁的利用价值。
