氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林在短暂性脑缺血发作中的疗效及安全性研究

Curative Effect and Safety of Clopidogrel Combined with Aspirin in the Treatment of Transient Ischemic Attack

目的探讨氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林用于短暂性脑缺血发作患者的临床疗效及安全性。方法选取2009年1月～2010年3月在我院住院治疗的124例短暂性脑缺血发作患者,作为研究对象,将所有患者按照随机分组原则分为对照组和观察组,两组患者均予以改善脑循环的常规药物治疗。对照组患者采用阿司匹林治疗,观察组患者在对照组患者治疗基础上,加用氯吡格雷治疗。1年后,比较两组患者的疗效及药物不良反应情况,综合评价氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗短暂性脑缺血发作患者的临床效果。结果两组患者的临床总有效率、脑卒中的发生比率比较,观察组明显好于对照组,P值均<0.05,均具有统计学意义。两组患者药物不良反应反馈主要是胃肠道不适,病例数和严重程度均无显著性差异,停药后自行消失。结论氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗短暂性脑缺血发作患者疗效确切,无严重不良反应,是治疗该疾病安全有效的药物。

Objective To discuss the curative effect and safety of clopidogrel combined with aspirin in treating the patients with transient ischemic attack.Methods 124 cases with transient ischemic attack hospitalized in my hospital from Jan.,2009 to Mar.,2010 were randomly divided into 2 groups： control group and observation group;routine drug therapy with aspirin to improve the cerebral circulation was given to patients in both groups while clopidogrel was added to patients in observation group;1 year after treatment,the curative effects and side effects of the patients in the 2 groups were studied and compared.Results The total effective rate and the occurrence of stroke in patients of observation group were much superior to those in patients of control group（P〈0.05） and the difference was of statistical significance;gastrointestinal discomfort was the main complaint of side effect of the patients in both groups,which disappeared when drug administration stopped,and the case number and severity in the 2 groups were of no difference.Conclusions Clopidogrel combined with aspirin is of definite and safe effect in the treatment of transient ischemic attack and of no severe side effect.
