骨桥蛋白与急性肺损伤

摘要 急性肺损伤(Acute Lung Injury,ALI)是一种由多种效应细胞及炎症介质介导的瀑布样炎症性疾病,各种肺内外因素引起肺内多种炎症介质的释放,引发致炎因子与抗炎因子失衡导致肺内过度、失控的炎性反应,形成恶性循环,加重机体损伤。
