摘要 采用单辊快淬法制备了Fe74B20Hf6合金的非晶薄带,为确定其晶化温度,测试了该非晶合金的差热曲线,研究其淬态下及退火后的结构和磁性能,并测其XRD图谱和磁性能.结果表明:该非晶合金晶化温度较高.表现出了较大的热稳定性、较强的玻璃形成能力,具有高饱和磁化强度,较小的矫顽力,表现出了较好的软磁性能. Fe74B20Hf6 amorphous alloys were prepared by single roller fast quenching method.Crystallization temperature of amorphous alloy was fixed by the differential thermal analysis(DTA).The crystalline processes and magnetic properties of the alloys were studied by X-ray diffraction and vibrating sample magnetometer.Results showed that the amorphous had the better thermal stability,glass formation and magnetic property.
