平卧菊三七茎段组织培养快速繁殖 被引量:4

摘要 在平卧菊三七自然繁殖率偏低的情况下,探讨利用组织培养方法解决繁殖问题。主要利用诱导丛生不定芽培养基培育形成试管苗,移栽成活,能进行大田栽培;同时还试验了3种培养基对茎段带菌液体培养生根生长的影响,研究结果:3种自来水带菌液体培养基对平卧菊三七带顶芽茎段培养长出须根系的条数为:配方3﹥配方1﹥配方2,诱导培养长出须根的长度和根直径的粗度依次为:配方2﹥配方1﹥配方3。从观察移栽成活率得出统计结果:配方2移栽7d后,最先成活,长势快且茂盛。 Under the condition of the low propagation rate of gynura procumbens. Naturally, this paper discusses how to solve the cultural problems by using the tissue culture. The author cultures the test tube seeding which is living successfully by transformation mainly through the method of inducing unstable bushing buds, and the seeding can be grown in larger space, at the same time, the author also tests the effect of three kinds of culture mediums on the living condition of the root of stem section liquid with bacteria. The results are as following: Firstly, the comparing numbers of the roots of gynura procumbens. With culturing the stem section of terminal bud grown by the three kinds of mineral water with bacteria are shown : Formula 3 〉 Formula 1 〉 Formula 2, and the width comparison of the induced beard root are shown: Formula 2 〉 Formula 1 〉 Formula 3. Secondly, the statistic result of successful transforming growth by observation is that Formula 2 is the first one to live in seven days after transformation, and is growing quickly and flourishingly.
