“十一·五”以来贵州省旅游景区人才发展分析及对策研究

Study on tourism attractions talents development status from year 2005 and countermeasures

根据中国国家旅游局旅游人才规划对旅游人才的统计口径:旅游人才是指具有大专及大专以上学历或具有初级及初级以上职称的旅游从业人员。对贵州省旅游景区"十一.五"期间旅游人才情况进行调研,通过对调研资料与数据的分析,得出贵州省旅游景区"十一.五"以来旅游人才在总量构成、性别结构、学历构成、专业构成等上的发展特点与存在的主要问题。在此基础上,结合贵州省旅游业"十二.五"发展要求,提出"十二.五"时期贵州省旅游景区人才发展的相关对策。

Tourism talents are practitioners working in tourism industry and holding the Diploma of junior college or above or primary title or above, according to statistical caliber from National Tourism Administration＇ s talents plan. This paper investigates the status of tourism talents during ＂11 th five-year plan＂ period in Guizhou tourism attractions, summarizes the talents development characteristics and main problems of total quantity, gender, education background and major structure through analyzing survey data. And then, the paper provides countermeasures integrated with Guizhou tourism industry＇ s 1025 plan on Guizhou tourism attractions talents development in the ＂12th five-year plan＂ period.
