摘要
目前我国印染企业主要采用传统工艺进行染整加工,能耗、水耗及排污等居高不下,节能、环保压力较大,一些先进的染整技术日益受到业界重视。活性染料作为纤维素纤维用第一大染料,其染色新技术的开发也成为研究和关注的热点。本文介绍了冷轧堆、湿短蒸、泡沫、气流染色等4种可用于活性染料染色、有利于节能减排的技术,并从实际生产的角度分析、对比了其优缺点。
Currently,traditional dyeing technologies are the primary production methods in domestic printing and dyeing enterprises.Because of its large consume and sewage discharge,the printing and dyeing industry is under great stress from the request of energy conservation and environmental protection.In this situation,some new dyeing technologies receive more attention.As the principal dye for cellulose,reactive dye has made progress in its dyeing technology,such as cold pad-batch,shortened,foam,air? ow dyeing and wet-steaming process.The merit and demerit of these new technologies are analyzed and compared in this article from the perspective of practical production.
