白色链霉菌分批发酵ε-聚赖氨酸的动力学分析 被引量:1

摘要 发酵过程动力学分析是实现发酵过程优化与控制的关键因素之一。通过运用Sigmoid模型,对白色链霉菌生产ε-聚赖氨酸的分批发酵过程进行分析,拟合得出底物消耗、菌体生长和产物形成的动力学方程,模拟得到的动力学曲线与试验值相符,可为ε-聚赖氨酸生产的分批发酵法和补料分批发酵法提供理论依据。 Kinetics analysis is one of the key points for fermentation process optimization and control.Using sigmoid model,batch fermentation of ε-polylysine by Streptomyces albulus was kinetically simulated to obtain kinetic equation including substrate consumption,biomass growth and production accumulation.Simulation results matched well with the experimental ones,which could provide theoretic foundations for batch and fed-batch fermentation of ε-polylysine production.
