环烯醚萜类化合物在防治糖尿病方面研究进展

Advances in Recent Research on Protection Against Diabetes Mellitus of Iridoids

目前糖尿病的治疗以口服西药为主,疗效迅速,但临床中多有不良反应的报道,不适于长期使用,易产生耐药性。近年来,不少学者以药材中提取出的天然化合物为主要成分,以期开发出治疗、预防糖尿病的新型药物。因此,在这一领域出现了大量的研究报道。其中,环烯醚萜苷类化合物梓醇、山茱萸环烯醚萜总苷、桃叶珊瑚苷等具有显著的降糖效果,并对糖尿病并发症有一定的治疗作用,应给予足够的重视。本论文综述了环烯醚萜类化合物治疗糖尿病的主要机理及其治疗效果。

The treatment of diabetes mellitus was mainly by the oral administration of western medicine in present,it has rapid curative effect,but there are still many adverse reactions reported in clinic for it is easy to produce resistance to drugs.Extration the compounds from chinese herbal crude drugs as the primary composition was researched by many scholar in these days,to develop the new drug for controlling diabetes mellitus.Therefore,a large number of research reports occur in this area.Above all,iridoids such as catalpol,iridoside in Corni Officinalis（ICO） and aucubin have obvious glucose-lowering effect,and they have definite treatment action on complications of diabetes mellitus.This paper reviewed the dominant mechanism and the treatment effect of iridoids for curing diabetes mellitus.Our review,to a certain extent,provide necessary theoretical foundation for the further research and development of medicines containing iridoids to cure diabetes mellitus.
