摘要
利用有限元数值分析方法,借助有限元软件ANSYS,对压榨部机架的机械性能及整机的运行性能进行了分析。根据对压榨部的静态载荷分布的分析,利用ANSYS软件的静态分析程序分别对单边机架、整体机架及加压臂进行了分析,得出在静力载荷作用下机架及加压臂的变形及应力分布,校核了其静力刚强度。利用ANSYS软件的模态分析程序,分别对单边机架、整体机架及加压臂进行了模态分析得到机架的模态频率和模态振型,通过频率-车速换算得出整体机架最适宜车速≈800m/min。通过上述分析,为该模型机架实现合理运行状态、达到优良的运行性能提供了理论参考,根据模态分析的结果分析越阶提速的可行性。
In this paper, with the finite element method and the software ANSYS, the mechanical property and running ability of frames in the press section of paper machines were analyzed. According to the analysis of static load condition in the press section, the single side frame, whole frame and the loading arm were analyzed by using the software ANSYS, the deformation and the stress distribution of the loading arm were obtained and the static loading stiffness was checked. Through modal analysis with the software ANSYS, the modal frequency and modal shape of the frames were got. It was found that the optimum operating speed is 800m/min by transfer from frequency to speed. Theoretic reference of the realization of suitable running condition and optimal running ability were given in this paper. The modal result shows that over-substep speeding is available.
