真气是生命活动的物质基础和动力来源。真气运行静功五步功法通过有效地训练达到防病治病,延年益寿的效果。瑜伽训练通过冥想法、呼吸法、体位法的训练达到禅定力量,解脱自在。真气运行法和瑜伽在训练方式和在理论上都有异曲同工之妙,且相互融合,以达到最终强身健体的目的。
