络病学理论始于《黄帝内经》,至近代已形成系统的络病理论体系。"脑心同治"的理论基础基于络脉学说,心脑血管疾病与络病学关系密切,其病机演变规律相同,属于"脉络-血管系统病",存在疾病发生发展共同的关键环节。
