Clark Kerr,who was a renowned higher educationist in America,holds a view that,as a new kind of modern university,multiversity originates from the uses of university.However,it′s just the uses of university that lead to the internal and external imbalances of multiversity,which has a negative impact on the development of multiversity.Consequently,multiversity should actively respond to its internal and external imbalances so as to boost its further development.
