摘要
岗前培训是促进高校教师专业发展,适应我国高等教育改革与发展的重要举措。但实践中出现了偏离培训初衷、过分注重理论灌输、对新教师的主体性认识不足等影响培训有效性的现象。因此,应特别注意处理好岗前培训的教育性与功利性、理论性知识取向与实践性知识取向、"需要的教师"与"教师的需要"等之间的关系。
Pre-job training is an important way to promote the professional development of university teachers and plays an essential role in the higher education reform and development in China.However,it has gone astray in practice with over-emphasis on theory input and insufficient ideas of the subjectivity of new teachers.Therefore,it is indispensable to deal with the relations concerning pre-job training between educational traits and utility,theoretical and practical knowledge,the 'teachers in need' and the 'needs of teachers'.
