摘要 从木材除湿干燥的临界分析入手,分析了通过除湿蒸发器前后湿空气的焓差、含湿量差以及除湿量与旁通率的关系,理论上印证了最佳旁通率的存在,并提出了最佳旁通率的调控思路,为调控循环风旁通率实现木材除湿干燥节能提供了理论基础。 Firstly,paper described the critical analysis of wood dehumidification drying,then analyzed the relationship between enthalpy difference,moisture content,dehumidification capacity of wet air and bypass-rate before and after evaporator.The existence of the best bypass-rate was proved in theory.The paper gave a method which determined the best bypass-rate automatically and the regulation process was described too.The conclusion of this paper provided the theoretical basis for saving energy in wood dehumidification drying process.
